Dubai – Mubasher: Arabtec Holding said its wholly owned subsidiary Emirates Falcon Electromechanical Co (EFECO) entered into a contract with Al Naboodah Co for an AED 113 million project, according to a statement.

Under the deal, EFECO will carry out the execution and completion of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works of the Creekside 18 project at the Dubai Creek Harbour development, a joint venture of Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding.

Work on the two 37-storey residential towers will take 22 months to be completed.
